Why This Program was Developed:
For serveral years I have received many inquiries from patients concerning dental insurance. A large percentage of patients could not obtain any type of coverage at any price. Most regular dental insurance requires group participation. Options for individuals are very limited.
Insurance companies are in business to make a profit and add clauses like pre-existing conditions, no major treatment for the first year, yearly deductibles, and red tape. These interfeere with the ralationship that we have with you and your trust in our judgement. Insurance companies have been instrumental in the increased cost of dentistry.
In order to continute delivering high quality dentistry at a reasonable cost, we have developed our Dental Saver's Plan exclusively for our patients.

What will the program provide each year?
Our Dental Saver's Plan will keep your beautiful smile smiling even without dental insurance. When you enroll in this discount dental plan, you will receive immediate benefits.
Additional Dental Treatment is discounted up to 20%!
Here's an example of your first visit savings with our Dental Saver's Plan.
Plan Provisions:
- Services and fees are guaranteed for one year.
- Annual fee is non-refundable
- Our Plan is for you and is no assignable to another person.
- There is one-year limit for completion of all services in the plan.
- Work started before end of the plan year will be completed if the work can be finished within one month after the expiration of the Plan year. (at Deal Family Dental;'s discretion).
- It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure he'/she received and shows up for his/her cleaning & x-ray appointment(s).
- There is a fee of $25 per hour for broken appointments without at least 48 hours notice.
- Emergency treatment is NOT included.
- Renewal Fee after 1st year is $59 for adults and $35 for children age 14 ad under.
- Example: Adult cleaning appointment $114 per patient plus $59 enrollment fee, allowing for continued participation in the plan.
